Get paid.
Then keep getting paid.

In-app purchases are fiddlier than they look, and a paywall in the wrong place quietly halves your revenue. Deckhand wires the plumbing, then moves the paywall to the moment people actually convert.

Flat fee per app. If you are not set up in 48 hours, your first month is free.

The problem

The money layer is where most apps quietly leak

Getting a payment through is the first problem. The bigger one is showing the paywall to the wrong person at the wrong moment.

Entitlements are fiddly

Products, offerings and entitlements have to line up exactly or the paywall shows and nothing unlocks.

Paywall too early

Asking for money before someone has felt the value is the single most common revenue mistake in mobile.

One price, no options

No trial, no annual plan, no recovery when a card fails. Each is money already earned and then lost.

How we do it

From no revenue to revenue that compounds

Agents do the repetitive work. A person on our side does the judgement. You are told which is which, every time.

Agent

Sets up the plumbing

Products created in both stores, RevenueCat entitlements mapped, receipt validation working server side, sandbox tested. This is where most self-serve setups break.

Agent

Builds the paywall

A paywall that matches your app, built through Superwall or Adapty so it can be changed later without shipping a new build.

Agent

Finds the right moment

Deckhand reads when your users reach value and tests the paywall against that moment instead of first launch.

A person

Prices it with you

Pricing is judgement, not just data. Someone on our side works through your tiers, trial length and annual discount with you, using what we have seen work in your category.

A person

Handles the India stack

If you are selling in India, Razorpay, UPI mandates and RBI recurring rules need a person who has done it before. We have.

You

Approve the change

Every pricing or paywall change comes with the expected effect, and you decide before it ships.

Pricing is a conversation, not an output

No agent should silently change what you charge. We propose the tier structure, the trial length and the annual discount, talk it through with you, and only then let the system run experiments inside the range you agreed.

What's included

Everything between an app and a paying customer

Store products created and configured on App Store and Play
Entitlements mapped through RevenueCat so purchases unlock correctly
Receipt validation server side, so purchases cannot be spoofed
Paywall screen built through Superwall or Adapty, changeable without a release
Trial and annual options configured where they suit your category
Paywall timing tested against when your users reach value
India payments Razorpay, UPI mandates and RBI recurring rules handled
Billing recovery for renewals that fail on card errors
Why it works

Timing is worth more than pricing

Most apps can double conversion without touching the price, purely by moving when the paywall appears. That only works if something is watching behaviour and revenue at the same time.
